A lot of what you found are commercial baits. You will have to bash through the jungle to find something useful. Almost all the time your email will be the passport. Sign up for Gmail.

Of course that’s just getting into the search engines’ index, not talking about appearing on the first page of some keywords whatsoever. It pays to get submitted early, you want the spider to come visit often.
